Supports executive management with projects including Annual Stakeholder’s Breakfast, opening new facilities, etc. 

Works directly under the Chief Operating Officer to execute and publish press releases and marketing materials  

Composes seasonal letters and statements to staff on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer 

Collaborates with community partners to plan outreach events such as National Health Center Week, Trunk or Treat, Christmas Bash, Health Expo, World AIDS Day, and more  

Manages social media channels and leads social campaigns such as “Team Member Monday” and “Provider Friday”  

Prepares monthly internal newsletters for company leadership and employees 

Designs and publishes graphics for community events, new providers, and programs at the health center 

Works alongside department heads to plan and publish marketing content 

As brand guardian, assures operating collateral is consistent with RHS in-house styling on all materials from medical forms to business presentations 

Project managed a local agency to plan and design a new website to align with company goals 

Devises and supports initiatives driven to boost employee morale
